With only three returning players and a first-year head coach, it would have been easy to think the Cowley College volleyball team might take a step back this season. Instead, the Lady Tigers have won 13 matches in a row, climbed to No. 2 in the national rankings, and clinched its second straight conference title with a 25-14, 25-21, 25-14 win at Fort Scott on Wednesday.
