Only two of the 80 Gold softball teams participating in the Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament in Boulder came through pool play undefeated with neither being one of the teams that the Kansas girls were represented on.
There were Kansas girls playing on three of the teams in this top tournament, while many more teams were down to Aurora participating in the Firecracker and even more in the Sparkler.
To date, we only have enough information to let you know what the teams in Boulder are doing as they begin bracket play this Saturday morning.
